The book, “The Conflict and Stability”, written by Rear Admiral Mohan Wijewickrama and Major General G.A. Chandrasiri will be launched at the Mahinda Silva Auditorium of the Hector Kobbekaduwa Agrarian Research and Training institute on November 15 at 4.30 pm.
