The 38th National Youth Award Festival 2016, organised by the National Youth Services Council will be held on Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at 6.00 p.m. at the National Youth Centre, Maharagama.

State Minister of National Policies and Economic Affairs, Niroshan Perera will be the chief guest.
