Applications for the State Art and Sculptures Festival with photographs of creations and CDs may be sent to the Director, Department of Cultural Affairs, Battaramulla on or before March 10.
All creations for the State Children’s Arts Festival may be sent to the State Visual Art Advisory Board, National Art Gallery, Colombo 7 on or before March 10, 2017, a Cultural Affairs Department press communique stated.
