London

26 March, 2017

London is the capital of England. The river Thames flows through London under the ‘London Bridge.’ Important places in London are Buckingham Palace, the Tower of London, the Big Ben Clock tower and the London Bridge.

Long ago the Romans built a city in London and called it ‘Londinium.’ That is how London got its name. People travel in the red double decker buses and the underground railway called ‘the tube.’
