Plant a tree

30 April, 2017

Trees are an integral and important part of our environment. No one can live without trees. We get most needed rain because of trees. Trees prevent soil erosion too. We get many benefits from trees. Some of them are fruits, shelter and medicine. Trees also provide timber. Many birds build nests on trees. Trees beautify the environment and they are a valuable gift of nature. Trees are very useful not only to human beings but also to animals.

But today many people are cutting down trees for their personal use. When we cut down trees, water fountains run dry. Sometimes we need to cut down a tree. But we should plant a tree in that place. It takes only one or two hours to cut a tree. But it takes several years to grow a tree. When we cut trees, our country will become a desert before long.

We can plant trees as our hobby. Many people are doing gardening as their hobby. Let’s save the trees that save us.
