STF officer on IAEA panel

Superintendent of Police, Athula Daulagala has been selected to an expert panel of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). He is the only Asian on this panel which will review and write the syllabus for Security Transportation of Nuclear and Radioactive Material.

SP Daulagala will fly to Vienna where he will make his contribution to the panel whose other members come from USA, Sweden and Brazil. He is an expert on CBRNE and bomb disposal having obtained his Masters Degree in the UK. He presently serves as the Director Training of the STF Academy at Katukurunda.
