DHL Express Sri Lanka clinches Stevie Award

DHL Express, an international express services provider, clinched Gold for ‘Customer Services Department of the Year’ for its Sri Lankan office at the 14th Annual International Business AwardsSM announced by Stevie Awards USA.

DHL Express Sri Lanka’s bid for ‘Customer Service Excellence’ under the Transportation category.

“We are honoured to win the Gold Stevie Award handpicked from among 3,900 nominees. Our high scores across several of the criteria reaffirm our enduring promise of providing superior customer service and continuous pursuit of service excellence,” said Country Manager, DHL Express Sri Lanka, Dimithri Perera.
