What the Buddha taught

8 October, 2017

The Buddha realized that there is suffering in life. Everything is suffering – birth, sickness, old age and death. He found a way to put an end to suffering. That is the ‘Noble Eightfold Path’. One who wants to be free from suffering has to follow the Noble Eightfold Path and practise meditation. Then he can put an end to craving, hatred and delusion. He will never be born again then. That is the end of ‘Sansara’. That is Nibbana, the Eternal Bliss.
