More than 270 young men and women were conferred with qualifications from Swinburn University through the Nawaloka College of Higher Studies. The graduation ceremony was held recently with the Minister of Finance Eran Wickramaratne as chief guest. The Acting High Commissioner for Australia Tim Higgins was a special guest and so too the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Swinburne University David Coltman.
