My village is Galthude. It is a beautiful, big village. It has about thousand families. There are big trees, paddy fields and farms. There is a very beautiful river flowing through my village. It is called Bolgoda River. There are many Kadolana plants on the banks of the river. There are also Lotuses, Nil Manel, Kumudu, Keketiya and Olu plants. My village has a school and a post office. I love my village very much.
