Construction work of Serenia Residences, a private beachfront mixed development project in Talpe, Galle, is due to commence in April and be completed in December next year
Talpe, known as the ‘Million Dollar Golden Mile’ of the Southern Coast comprises beach villas ranging from US$1-US$ 5 million located 10 minutes away from the Galle highway exit.
Talpe Beach is currently the most expensive beachfront real estate in the country where some of the most pristine beaches are found.
Serenia Residences will attract a high average rental return for the two bedroom residence suites and three-bedroom sky villas.
The development is located on 180 perches (4,550 sq m) of land fully owned by Serenia Limited, with approximately 100 metres of private beach frontage.
