Of all the things that can have an effect on your future, I believe personal growth is the greatest and the only controllable factor to do better in life.
We can talk about sales growth, profit growth, asset growth, but all of this probably will not happen without personal growth, thus better application.
It’s really the open door to it all. In fact, I’d like to have you memorise a most important phrase. Here it is, ‘The key to your better future is YOU’. Finding solutions internally for external issues is the way to go.
Let me repeat that. ‘The key to your better future is YOU’. Put that up at someplace you can see it everyday, in your bedroom, in the bathroom, in the kitchen, at the office, anywhere where you can see it everyday. Understand yourself first, set high standards, be hungry for pride, be fearless and hate to fail. With these attitudes, sentiments and feelings you will grow your desire to be better to do better
Magic
The magic is in believing, in daring, in trying. The real magic is in persevering. The magic is in accepting. It’s in working. The magic is in thinking. There is magic in a smile, in excitement and determination. There is real magic in compassion and caring and sharing.
There is unusual magic in strong feeling and all that comes from inside, not outside. The difference is inside you. The real difference is you. You are the key to your better future.
To grow yourself, its important that you surround yourself with people who are bigger and better than you. People who you can learn from. People who can positively influence you.
Most people waste their life spending time with the wrong people. Give it serious thought. Even if you don’t do anything else to grow yourself, the quality association will naturally influence you in the right direction. Make a start by changing people you spend time with. Wrong people will get your attention on wrong things and vice versa.
You see the real difference is inside you. In fact, the difference is YOU. The magic is not in the products you sell. The magic is not in advertising literature.
The magic is not in the team members. There isn’t a magic meeting, but the magic that makes things better is inside you, and personal growth makes this magic work for you. All other things can only compliment your inner power.
