The ‘Law Week’ which will be held from May 21 to 27 will comprise a free legal aid camp.
The President of the Bar Association of Sri Lanka (BASL) U R de Silva, speaking to the Sunday Observer urged the people who wish to get free legal advice to visit the camps on May 26 and 27. Individuals who wish to obtain services are required to call and register themselves with the Bar Association office.
Public could call 0777235363, 0113 133864, 0113133872 for registration and obtain a token number, which needs to be produced during the legal aid camp.
Island wide law week will be held at eight areas including Galle, Kurunegala, Battiacaloa and Vauniya.
