Sri Lankan soccer fans are to enjoy the FIFA World Cup 2018 with the introduction of FIFA approved T-Shirts this week when it is due to enter the market before the commencement of the showpiece on June14 in Russia.

JAS Active Wear officially handed replicas of T-shirts to the President of Football Federation of Sri Lanka Anura de Silva at a simple ceremony on Friday at the Football House. These replicas were handed to the president by Jordan Griffiths the FIFA Licensed Merchandise Officer for Sri Lanka along with Rizan Jeffrey CEO of Jas Active Wear.

Speaking to the media Griffiths warned the general public not to be misled by fake T-shirts that may come to the market as this particular item will be distributed by only a limited dealer network. He also said that dealers too should adhere to the strict guidelines offered by FIFA and JAS Active Wear when handling their sales to customers. (BP)
