The latest book that I read was Heroes of Olympus: The House of Hades. It is written by Rick Riordan and was first published by Disney Hyperion in October 2013. This is the story about how Percy and his girlfriend Annabeth survive their adventurous trip to the darkest pit of the underworld – the Tartarus.
They survive with the help of Titan Iapetus simply known as Bob after Percy overcomes the giant Damasen. They struggle to survive in the underworld while their crew in the Argo II tries to get to the House of Hades in Epirus. At the House of Hades they meet the Sorceress Pasiphae and the giant Clytius. Hazel and Leo defeat Pasiphae using Hazel’s power of controlling the mist. Then they defeat the giant Clytius with the help of Hecate the Goddess of Mist. Read the book to know more about the story.
