The Embilipitiya branch of Pan Asia Bank renovated the Chandrikawewa Regional Hospital’s Ward No. 1 as a part of the Bank’s mega CSR initiative.
The hospital serves a large number of patients in the area but had not been recently renovated and the patients had been facing major inconveniences due to the dilapidated state of the hospital.
The branch staff, along with Regional Manager Anuradha Ranaweera – assisted the hospital by devoting their time and energy to complete the required renovations.
More than eight hospitals have benefited under this mega CSR initiative by Pan Asia Bank, namely, Peradeniya – Digana Rehabilitation Hospital, Sirimavo Bandaranaike Children’s Hospital, Nawalapitiya General Hospital, Batticaloa Teaching Hospital, Padalangala District Hospital, Provincial Hospital Kurunegala, Suwamedura Dental Clinic and the Horana Base Hospital.
