Sri Lanka Telecom (SLT), entered into a partnership with Evercore Properties (Pvt) Ltd., recently.
Under the agreement, SLT will be the total digital services provider for the 35 luxury apartments within the building, powered via the company’s state-of-the-art fibre infrastructure that will serve as the apartment’s communications backbone.
The agreement between the two companies was signed at the SLT premises with the signatories from Evercore Properties: Rajen Sangaran (Director) and Jasbir Singh (Director); and signatories from SLT: K.A.K.Perera (Chief Executive Officer) and Imantha Wijekoon (Chief Sales and Regional Officer). Several officials of both organisations were also present.
SLT will power the entire suite of apartments with the company’s fibre-to-the-home infrastructure that will provide residents with ultra-fast internet connectivity with download speeds of up to 100 Mbps, crystal clear voice communications as well as access to high definition (HD) TV content via PEO TV. SLT’s robust and reliable ICT services will pave the way to revolutionise the digital lifestyle experience of the building’s residents.
