Interbrand, a large and influential brand consultancy, marked its fifth anniversary in India with a series of crucial partnerships.

Ashish Mishra, Head of Interbrand’s India office based in Mumbai, said, “Interbrand India is one of the youngest offices in the global network but the fastest growing.

We have the top 5 branding assignments of the decade with Godrej Group, Mahindra Global, Reliance JIO, Infosys and Britannia Industries. In half a decade, we have built relationships with a third of the country’s 40 most valuable brands including Bajaj Auto, Dr Reddy’s, JSW and Ashok Leyland.”

Commenting on the India office’s exemplary growth, Gonzalo Brujo, Interbrand’s CEO EMEA & LatAm and Global Growth Officer, added, “We are delighted that the world’s leading brand consultancy is now also leading India. We recognize the growth potential of the market and are increasingly supporting the local team with global resources.

Our Chief Creative Director for EMEA & LatAm Borja Borrero has already taken charge of Interbrand India’s creative function.” Interbrand India’s combination of rigorous strategy, analytics and world-class design enables it to assist clients in creating and managing brand value effectively, across all touchpoints.

The Mumbai office also works across a range of the network’s global relationships, including Samsung, Renault and GSK. In 2015, the global giant entered the Sri Lankan market, launching its inaugural Best Sri Lankan Brands report in December 2018.

Anusha David, Director, Interbrand Sri Lanka office and Borja Borrero, Chief Creative Director EMEA & LatAm attended the recent anniversary celebrations held in Mumbai.
