Mama Kamathima Chocolate Meya Asa Biscuit has used the method of developing a script through the actors themselves as practised mostly in Western countries, and using new dramatic technologies and methods of acting.
The drama revolves around the story of two families, one without a mother and the other without a father, and how it is balanced and affects children and about allowing the children to follow their own dreams.
The cast comprises Chandani Seneviratne, Janaka Kumbukage and Jayanath Bandara together with award winning child actress and actors Imaya Bogoda, Navindu Manathunga and Shanaka Udara.
Starting off the journey of Mama Kamathima Chocolate Meya Asa Biscuit, with its premier held at the Bishop’s College auditorium, nearly 25 shows have now been held throughout Sri Lanka.
