Early in the morning
A beautiful lady comes from far
Wearing a colourful saree and with an umbrella
Some books in her hands
Smiling happily.
She greets us "Good morning"
We didn't know who she was
We said "Good morning, teacher"
We wanted to know her name.
She said
"I am your new class teacher and
English teacher."
We worshiped her and hugged her
Because she was the new mother
in our lives.
