The Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be conducting an International Conference on Health Sciences (ICH 2019) on October 17,18 at the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura in collaboration with the Colombo South Teaching Hospital, Sri Jayewardenepura General Hospital and the Base Hospital, Homagama. Participation is expected from the academia, 
professionals and students in the fields of medical, health sciences and basic sciences. The prestigious oration of the Faculty of Medical Sciences, University of Sri Jayewardenepura recognising an outstanding achievement in research is delivered at the inauguration of the ICH. A substantial portion of the research needs to be in the field of Medical Sciences and be conducted in Sri Lanka. Applications are invited for free papers (oral and poster presentations). Closing date for abstract submissions has been extended till June 30, 2019.
