Is anger driving you crazy?

13 December, 2020

The human brain possesses a vast range of emotions which has the power to flourish or shrink one’s inner dimension and energies. Among all kinds of emotions, anger is the most common negative expression among people today. Anger takes place in the human mind only when you lose control over your emotions. Nobody likes to become a victim of an angry person, but it is not clear how many are willing to avoid become a victim of anger.

Digging deep down into the issue, the answer for how anger is caused in someone varies. There is a common term saying ‘she drives me crazy’. Some people find that they are very vulnerable to other people’s expressions of negativity. Their emotions are also easily triggered by anything and everything happening around them. But the truth is that he or she is the only person who has the power to allow that negative energy to take control of their mind. You can’t complain to anyone about the negativity caused within you after you let someone else take charge of what is happening in your mind. Therefore, whenever you sense that someone is trying to ‘drive you crazy’, you make sure that you are the one who’s handling the steering wheel of your mind.

Senseless act

Venting anger on others to get rid of it is another senseless act that many people do. Children at home and the employees at the workplace are the easy prey of this kind of people. Passing one’s frustration and distress in a furious way to the weaker and the vulnerable is a very inhuman act. It only showcases your incapability, weaknesses, and also how stupid and desperate you are. After such an action is done, there will be repercussions for both parties. The verbal and physical expression of anger on a person could leave you imprisoned under the law and the penalty could be severe depending on the damage you’ve done to the other.

Quick or sudden anger is very self-destructive. Some people regret immensely what they have done when sudden anger overtook them. The people who turned arguments to murders repent for the rest of their lives thinking how they ended the life of their beloved and what they could have done instead in that situation. Being angry has never ever provided solutions for any problem, it makes the situations even worse. Also, the harm you’ve caused to the person you picked on to take out all the frustration, is never easily healed as you and I think.

Negative compulsion

Anger is also considered as a negative compulsion that has the power to cause you even death. Scientists say that anger could also generate a significant amount of injury to your brain. The saying ‘what you think, you become’ proves the truth as psychologists say. Being angry gives nothing in return rather, it costs you many wonderful things in your life. Therefore, think twice before you let anger paralyze your mind and cripple the ones who are around.
