The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce (CCC) hosted a networking event with a business delegation from the Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FJCCI) recently, offering a platform for Sri Lankan businesses to explore potential collaboration opportunities with their Indian counterparts.
During the meeting, participants engaged in discussions on various sectors, including manufacturing, construction, transport, IT, healthcare, and tourism. The Ceylon Chamber of Commerce, through this initiative, sought to strengthen economic ties and promote cross-border investments between Sri Lanka and India, fostering sustainable growth and development in the region.
The event also saw the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Ceylon Chamber and FJCCI, which outlines a framework for cooperation, facilitating the exchange of information, best practices, and market insights between Sri Lanka and Jharkhand in India.
