The Agripreneurs’ AGM in progress.
The Sri Lanka Agripreneurs’ Forum (SLAF) held its AGM at the Institute of Engineers auditorium, Colombo 7 recently.
Rizvi Zaheed was reappointed for another term as Chairperson. Dr. Selvanathan Anojan and Kulendran Sivaram remain as Secretary and Treasurer.
The Executive Committee for the years 2023/24 consists of Aruna Weerakoon, Jayantha Rajapakse, Parakrama Jayasinghe, Kavinda Dissanayake, Charaka Perera, and Visal Perera.
It was decided to introduce an individual membership category free, set up an Advisory Council comprising of veterans of the industry and set up regional chapters of the Association.
The SLAF calls upon all interested agri stakeholders to join its membership and to contribute to the development of the agribusiness sector.
