After the initial financial review conducted by a team of CIMA members (CGMAs), a team from the KPMG team rigorously validates the scoring and handpicks the Top 20 organisations for the next round. In this next phase, the companies present their achievements and practices to a panel of judges.
This interactive presentation format features the active participation of the top management teams, adding an exciting dimension to the competition. Judges independently score presentations by the top management teams, scrutinising elements such as talent attraction and retention, product and service quality, innovativeness, community engagement, and environmental, social, and corporate governance principles.
The integrity record and anti-corruption efforts of these companies are also crucial factors that are considered.
