Nuwara Eliya Golf Club retained the Victoria Gregory Golf Derby by virtue of having won it last year, when they drew with scores of 8 points each against Victoria Golf Resorts in the annual golf tournament held at the Victoria Golf and Country Club course in Digana yesterday.
In the contest played among the men both sides obtained 8 points each to draw the contest.
However, in the women’s contest Nuwara Eliya Golf Club edged out Victoria Golf Resorts by three games to two to win.
