The Insurance Association of Sri Lanka partnered with AIESEC for the National Leadership Development Seminar 2023, held at Carolina Beach Hotel, Chilaw on October 13.
A panel discussion was held on the career opportunities the Insurance Industry has to offer for youth.
The panel consisted of CMO of Union Assurance, Mahen Gunaratne, CFO of AIA Insurance, Sampath Thushara and CMO of Softlogic Life Insurance, Ms. Kavi Rajapakse.
The session was moderated by Head of People and Culture at Allianz Insurance, Charitha Bandara.
