Southbeach Weligama has completed its superstructure, readying for completion next year. Despite Sri Lanka undergoing considerable challenges since construction began, the project remained well on its timeframe at every milestone point of construction including the completion of the superstructure.
Southbeach Weligama entered the real estate market when investor confidence in the country was at very low levels.
