The 18th Annual Sujatha Jayawardena Memorial Oration organised by the Alumni Association of the University of Colombo will be delivered by Dr. Shashi Tharoor, Member of Parliament of India, former Under Secretary General of the United Nations and former Minister of State for Human Resource Development and for External Affairs, India on Tuesday (October 31) at 5.30 pm at the BMICH.
