With winter approaching across Europe, the maiden charter flight carrying tourists from Poland arrived at the BIA on Friday morning. There were several young people among the 186 Polish nationals.
They arrived on an Enter Air special flight from Warsaw, Poland.
This is the 13th time that the Polish Charter arrived and will operate till March next year. The Polish tourists will visit historical places such as Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Sigiriya, Unawatuna, Arugam Bay and parks.
