People’s Bank recently paid tribute to its dedicated staff members who completed 25 years of service during the ‘25 Years of Service award ceremony’, held at the BMICH recently.

People’s Bank Chairman Sujeewa Rajapakse, People’s Bank Chief Executive Officer/General Manager Clive Fonseka and members of the corporate and executive management were present. Over 885 staff members were presented Gold awards to commemorate their 25 years of service at People’s Bank. Over 51 senior staff members who completed 40 years of continuous service received commemorative gifts.

This service appreciation ceremony, which has been a tradition since 1986, stands as a testament to the dedication and hard work of People’s Bank staff who have contributed tirelessly to position the bank as a cornerstone in the financial sector of Sri Lanka.

The award ceremony honoured 886 staff members who joined People’s Bank between July 1, 1993, and September 30, 1998, and completed their service continuously between July 1, 2018, and September 30, 2023.
