The World Travel Market (WTM) , the most influential travel and aviation show, concluded at ExCel exhibition hall in London recently with the Sri Lanka pavilion receiving high attention due to the local tourism sector bouncing back sooner than expected. Sri Lanka has been participating in the WTM since its inception 42 years ago and this year’s annual globe press conference hosted by Sri Lanka was full to capacity showing the tremendous media focus towards the island’s tourism.
