Katana Junior School in the Gampaha district was presented a smart IT classroom valued at over Rs.6 million as part of a donation program sponsored by the Government of the Republic of Korea. The event was held on November 23 with the participation of Ambassador of the Republic of Korea Miyon Lee. The Korean Embassy in collaboration with the KOICA office in Sri Lanka implemented this donation program for students of schools such Katana Junior School whose students and teachers are in dire need of facilities for IT studies.
