The seventh Great HR Quiz 2023, organised by the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) was hosted at the Galadari Hotel recently.
Sixty-five teams participated Siam City Cement Lanka emerged victorious, claiming the title ‘CIPM Great HR Quiz 2023 Champions’.
IFS Sri Lanka R&D International was the first runner-up, while Ansell Lanka was the second runner-up. The Quiz Master was C. Hewapattini.
The chief guest was Director and CEO of Ceylon Biscuits, Nalin Karunaratne and the guest of honour was Executive Director of Voice of Asia Network, Anura Siriwardena.
President of CIPM, Ken Vijayakumar, Executive Council members, past presidents, and staff of CIPM were also present.
The panel of judges, comprised Senior Prof. Ajantha Dharmasiri, Dhammika Fernando, and Prof. A. Sarveswaran.
The event brought together industry professionals and provided a platform for witnessing the brilliance of the competing teams. With a focus on teamwork, strategy, and adaptability, the competition created a unique learning experience for the participants.
