Chief Marketing Officer, SLT-Mobitel, Prabhath Dahanayake and Director, Duthaya Digital Services, Thareendra D. Kalpage exchange the agreement. Officials of both organisations look on.

Duthaya, a pioneering personal assistance app aims to bridge the gap between local services and those in need of immediate assistance with everyday errands and tasks, such as queuing for essential paperwork or managing deliveries.

Duthaya connects users with local services through an online and mobile marketplace, offering a solution to the growing demand for time-saving conveniences in today’s fast-paced world.

The Duthaya’s app connects users to ‘Duthayas’ or personal assistants who can assist with services such as banking, Government paperwork, business needs, deliveries, and store purchases.

This service is another digital initiative of the SLT-Mobitel.

Chief Marketing Officer of SLT-Mobitel, Prabhath Dahanayake said, “The service offers tailored assistance: simplifying government tasks, banking, business support, smooth delivery, in-store help, and efficient queue management, dedicated to aiding busy individuals, the elderly, and those abroad.”

Director, Duthaya Digital Services, Thareendra D. Kalpage said, “With the Duthaya app, we are bridging the gap between people and services by connecting users to ‘Duthayas’ who can swiftly complete everyday tasks including paperwork, deliveries, and banking.”
