Rain ensured the inter school cricket match between De Mazenod College Kandana and St. Anne’s College Kurunegala ended in a tame draw at Kandana yesterday.
Dinindu Sasmith, a left arm orthodox spinner of De Mazenod College claimed five wickets for 27 runs and only 65 overs was possible in the entire match due to rain that prevented the home from batting after the Annites were bowled out for 131.
