Lyceum International School Wattala and St. John’s College Jaffna were declared joint Champions of the Under 19 Division 2 Tier A inter school limited overs cricket tournament after their match was washed out due to rain at the Mahinda Rajapaksa International Cricket stadium in Hambantota on Friday.
Prasanna Senevirathne Vice President of Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and principal of Vidyaloka College Galle, Leelananda Kumarasiri, Assistant Secretary of Sri Lanka Schools Cricket Association and Y. Nishantha Kumara Tournament Secretary participated in the awards ceremony. -(YK)
