Sri Lanka Insurance celebrated its exceptional employees at the first-ever ‘Outstanding Employee of the Year Awards – 2022’ at Cinnamon Grand Hotel.
The ceremony, a testament to the company’s commitment to recognising and rewarding excellence, saw the active participation of all employees who were invited to submit their applications for the awards. The evaluation criteria were comprehensive, covering vital aspects such as contribution to revenue/profit and business growth, cost optimisation (savings), employee and customers’ safety, wellness and wellbeing, sustainability, work ethics and values, and their impact on organisational culture. Following a rigorous selection process, three overall winners were chosen, with the titles of ‘Outstanding Employee – Winner,’ ‘first runner-Up,’ and ‘second runner-Up.’
Five category winners were also selected under each evaluation criteria. Two special awards were also presented to individuals for their outstanding dedication and commitment to the organisation.
The Chairman, Board of Directors, Chief Officers, Corporate Management, senior management and family members of the winners were present.
