The 52nd National Day of the United Arab Emirates was held at the Galle Face Hotel, Colombo.
It was held under the patronage of UAE Ambassador Khaled Nasser Al Ameri. The chief guest of the ceremony, Minister of Labour and Foreign Employment Manusha Nanayakkara along with UAE Ambassador Khaled Nasser Al Ameri and Foreign Minister Ali Sabry cut the anniversary cake.
Ministers, State Ministers, Deputy Ministers, Ambassadors and Embassy Officials were also present.
