Just before half time CH went further ahead with Dinesh Lakshan’s try in the 41st minute of play, which was converted by full back Hirusha Sampath to take the score to CH 14 points to Air Force’s 3.

Soon after the break Air Force cut down the lead to 10-14 in the 53rd minute of play when they were awarded a penalty try.

In the end CH and FC came off with a hard fought victory 14-10.
