State Minister of Defence Premitha Bandara Tennakoon sent off the Minister of Finance, Minister of State for Financial Services and Minister in charge of Overcoming Deflation of Japan, Suzuki Shunichi at the Bandaranaike International Airport (BIA) yesterday (Jan 12).
Minister Shunichi arrived in Sri Lanka on January 11 for an official visit and engaged in official discussions with President Ranil Wickremesinghe and Minister of Foreign Affairs Hon. Ali Sabry.
The Japanese Minister and the delegation visited Parliament, JR Jayewardene Centre, Sri Jayewardenepura Hospital, Colombo Dockyard and Lanka Nippon Biztech Institute in Maharagama during their stay in Sri Lanka.
