Being a committed tattoo artist, shared his ideas with us. “Today, most people think tattooing is a piece of cake. Actually, it is a complicated task which requires patience, skills, time, safety and so on. Tattooing is an art. If you want to excel in the art, you need to commit yourself to it.”

Experience

Malindu has perfected different tattoo styles including realism e. As an experienced artist, he shared his memories with us.

“I have dealt with different clients with different attitudes. Some clients bring pictures of another artist’s work and ask me to do the same. It is not possible because every tattoo artist has a unique identity in his or her creation.

“The other thing is that some clients bring designs that don’t suit their skin type and complexion. I never recommend such designs for my clients. This is why discussing your tattoo design with your tattoo artist is really important for a better result. Never hesitate to have a friendly chat with your tattoo artist before piercing the needles into your skin.”

After-care tips

The healing process of the tattooed skin differs from person to person and occurs over the course of days, weeks and months. During the process many changes can appear in your skin.

As stressed by Malindu, after-care treatment plays a pivotal role in the healing process of the skin. “If you get tattooed, you need to do aftercare treatment for safety. I can give you some tips such as washing the tattooed skin with clean water, keeping the skin moisturized , preventing direct sunlight and avoiding weight-lifting,” said Malindu.
