The first ‘Sourced Sri Lanka Textile & Apparel Road Show’ organised by the Export Development Board (EDB), with the Sri Lanka Apparel Sourcing Association (SLASA) the Sri Lanka High Commission in the UK and the Joint Apparel Association Forum (JAAF) will be held from June 2 to 4 in London.
“We want to take the new and smaller apparel manufacturing companies from Sri Lanka and showcase them to the world and find partners for them through this endeavour,” said Secretary General, JAAF, Yohan Lawrence.
The event will feature 50 exhibitors including 10 SME sector companies and is expected to attract a diverse audience of a thousand foreign buyers and Sri Lankan trade visitors.
