Sri Panditharathne launches Sri Lankans’ first global directory

A Sri Lankan entrepreneur based in Australia, Ravindra Sri Panditharathne has launched, SriLankaDirectory.com to take Sri Lankan products and services to the global arena.

Panditharathne renowned for his contributions to the real estate sector and beyond, introduced this global directory aimed at uniting Sri Lankan Diaspora worldwide and thereby creating a global platform to take local products to the global arena.

“This platform not only serves businesses promotions but also caters openings to professionals, service providers and the broader community to foster connections and visibility across borders,” he said.

Panditharathne said that he always wanted to give back something for Sri Lanka and recalled that purchasing the SriLankaDirectory.com domain in 2010 was the first step towards realising this dream.

“After nurturing this vision for 14 years, we’ve launched the site, aiming to create a unified space for Sri Lankans around the world to connect, showcase their achievements, and support one another.

SriLankaDirectory.com is more than a directory; it is a bridge connecting Sri Lankans globally, enabling them to share their successes, expand their networks, and celebrate their heritage,” he said.

Panditharathne said that several partners are Srilankan airlines, National Lotteries Board, SLT Mobitel, Commercial Bank, Singer, Abans and Havelock City already their partners and more are expected on board the portal soon.

Panditharathne based in Melbourne, Australia, has made significant progress in expertise and leadership in the real estate sector.
