The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) hosted its Diploma Awarding Ceremony on February 10 at the CIPM HR House in Narahenpita. President of CIPM, Ken Vijayakumar was as the chief guest.. Director/Chief Executive Officer at PrintXcel Packaging, Duminda Perera was the guest of honour. Members of the CIPM Executive Council, CIPM staff members were also present.
With over 600 Diplomates and their family members in attendance, the day was marked by a spirit of celebration and accomplishment. Among the highlights was the recognition of Ms. M.G.U. Sulakshani Bandara, who was honoured as the Best Performer, exemplifies excellence in the HRM field.
Structured across four sessions, the ceremony encapsulated the essence of achievement and dedication that defines the CIPM community. Each session, filled with moments of pride and joy, underscored the commitment of both the institute and its members to the advancement of HRM practices.
