Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in Western, Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southern, North-western and Uva provinces and in Ampara and Batticaloa districts after 2.00 pm today, officials of the Department of Meteorology said yesterday

Showers or thundershowers may occur at a few places in the North-Central province during the evening or night. Showers or thundershowers may occur at a several places over the coastal areas from Galle to Pottuvil via Hambantota in the morning too, they said.
