Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi’s wife Jamileh Alamolhoda visited the Iran Cultural Centre in Colombo on Wednesday, April 24.
Cultural Counselor of the Centre, Dr. Moazami Goodarzi welcomed Madam Alamolhoda.
President of Iran’s Al Mustafa International University, Ayatullah Dr. Ali Abbasi, and Representative of Mustafa International University Hujjathul Islam Seyed Zeinul Abideen Mirfatemi were also present.
Chief incumbent of Isipathanarama Vihara, Ven. Dr. Madampagama Assaji Thera, Fr. Anura Perera of the Methodist Church, Secretary Hindu Priests Association Sivasiri Darshaka Sharma Kurukkal, Colombo East Jamiyahtul Ulama President Ash Sheik A.M.M. Firdhous, Kollupitiya Masjid Federation President Rizan Hussain, Sri Lanka Muslim Media Forum President N.M. Ameen and a large number of Buddhist, Hindu, Christian and Islamic religious leaders were also present.
