Advantis Engineering, completed the construction work on a state-of-the-art 100,000 sq. ft Container Freight Station (CFS) for Aitken Spence Logistics recently. Located in the heart of Aitken Spence’s premier logistics complex in Mabola, Wattala, the new facility showcases the sophisticated capabilities of Advantis Engineering, which served as the primary contractor overseeing the entire project from end-to-end, including seamless coordination and integration across all construction phases.

The Company’s professionalism and expertise have earned our trust, making them our preferred partner for similar projects in the future.” The unit undertook a comprehensive scope of work in the construction of the CFS, encompassing total civil construction, the designing of the pre-engineered steel building (PESB), fabrication, supply, and erection, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) installations, aluminium installations, as well as external landscaping. The successful completion of the project was achieved under the seamless collaboration between architectural firm, Mihindu Keerthiratne Associates and structural engineering company, Stems Consultants.
