Over 700 at Masters Athletics

Masters Athletic Sri Lanka (MASL) has invited competitors from ten foreign countries to participate in the 10th National Masters Athletic Championship 2024 to be held on May 25 and 26 at the Sugathadasa Stadium in Colombo.

Altogether over 700 local and foreign athletes will participate in the meet according to HA Upali, Secretary of MASL.

Invitations were sent out to veteran athletes in Malaysia, India, Maldives, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Brunei Darussalam, Singapore, Zimbabwe and Bangladesh who have confirmed their participation.

The National Masters Athletic Championship will be held in the age categories of over-35 to over-85.
