The Sri Lankan Lady Doctors’ Sisterhood (SLLDS) recently hosted its annual get-together at the Hilton Colombo.
Established in 2021 with humble beginnings, the SLLDS has grown into a collective of over 7,000 lady doctors from Sri Lanka and abroad. Their recent annual gathering, marked a celebration of their journey and shared purpose.
The SLLDS is deeply focused on uplifting not only the well-being of its members but also the communities they serve. Over the span of three years, the Sisterhood has organised and funded numerous impactful community projects, prioritising holistic wellness and social responsibility.
The event was a spectacle of the talents of these lady doctors yet proving their capacities are way beyond the mere duties of a medical professional. Attendees from many corners of the country made the event full of glitz and glamour.
